Khao Lak is a long stretch of coastline in the lower part of Ban Nam Khem to the Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park. Along the beach, there are rows of pine trees and coconut trees. There are many small rocks for swimming and there are many places to swim, such as surfing, SUP, etc. Khao Lak is called the surfing city of Thailand.

Khao Lak is another beautiful sunset viewing point on the Andaman coast. Beaches and interesting places along the Khao Lak coast include Memory Beach, Nang Thong Beach (black sand beach), Khao Lak Lighthouse, Kuk Khak Beach, Pak Weep Beach, Bang Sak Beach, etc. Each beach has its own unique beauty and has accommodations, restaurants, and full facilities.
