Day-01 : Surabaya – Bondowo (D): Arrive at Juanda Airport Surabaya at noon. Meet & greet with our tour guide. Transfer to Bondowoso City (+/- 4-5-hour drive by car). Dinner enroute at local restaurant. Check into Hotel. Free Program. Note : please check your arrival flight, we need about 5-hours drive to Bondowoso, do not use evening arrival time on this package
Day-02 : Bondowoso – Pal Tuding – Ijen Crater – Lumajang (B/L/D): After midnight around 01:00 AM drive for about 2-hours to Pal Tuding, the last ranger post of Ijen National Park. You emerge from the forest’s giant ferns & rich wildlife at the Park Ranger’s station to begin the 90 minutes hike (+/- ,5 kilometer) to Ijen Crater, along a shady trail with spectacular views. Rest along the rim of the rim of the volcanic crater lake at an elevation of 2883 meters. The Lake’s eerie colors & smoke wafting from bright yellow Sulphur deposits along the shore create a landscape both desolately barren & vibrantly alive. Watch miners descend into the crater and re-emerge carrying up to 80 kilos of ore on bamboo baskets along the treacherous path. After absorbing this unique scene, walk down the mountain. Back to Pal Tuding parking lot. Have simple breakfast at Pal Tuding parking area (Noodle or Fried Rice with tea/coffee only). Back to hotel. Check out then drive for another 4-5 hours to Tumpak Sewu. Check in hotel. Lunch & dinner at local restaurant. Note : We will not see the blue fire phenomenon at Ijen Crater. The Ijen authority already forbid tourists to see the blue fire because of safety reason
Day-03 : Tumpak Sewu Waterfall – Mount Bromo (B/L/D): Early morning departure from hotel around 07:00 AM. It takes about 10-30 minutes from hotel to reach the entrance of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. Explore Tumpak Sewu Waterfall & Tetes Cave (we need about 3-hours to explore Tumpak Sewu waterfall, prepare to get wet, bring spare shoes and shirts). Back to Hotel & check out. Drive for another 4-5 hours to Mount Bromo. Overnight at Mount Bromo. Free program.
Day-04 : Bromo Sunrise Tours - Surabaya (B/L/D): Early morning wake up 03:00 AM , by using 4WD Jeep depart to Penanjakan to see the sunrise. Afterwards go down to the sea of sands and continue by trekking for 1500 meters until you reach the foor of Mt Bromo and still 250 steps to climb the stairs until you reach the rim of the crater of Mt Bromo. Enjoy the view from the top of Mt Bromo. Back to Hotel and have breakfast. At noon Check out from hotel. Transfer to Surabaya City (+/- 3-hours drive by car). Check into Hotel in Surabaya. Free program (you may ask our tour guide if you want to have shopping time). Optional : - Horseback riding at Bromo + USD 20/ pax - Simple Picnic breakfast at Bromo with the view of Mt Widodaren (available for minimum 6 pax ) with additional charge + USD 12/pax
Day-05 : Departure (B) After breakfast free program. Check out from hotel. Transfer to Juanda Airport. End of services.
