Ship A-H-O-Y, Chef A-R-O-Y is one of our CBT (Community-Based Tourism) projects. It is one of the ways in which we can share the benefits of responsible and sustainable tourism with the local people, taking into account their natural resources, cultural heritage and local economies.
The tour starts at 09.00AM and you will experience true Thai culture with the local people through the art of creating the delicious tastes and fragrances found in Thai cooking. An experienced chef will show you, step-by-step, the secrets behind 4-5 authentic Thai recipes. After which, you’ll be able to cook them again when you get home as we are careful to select only ingredients that can be readily found in your own country.
