09.00AM Greeted by our guide, then continue to visit a Thai family producing local noodles (known as Khnom Jeen in Thai) in Kanchanaburi town (about 15 min.drive).
09.15AM Upon arrival, greeted by the local host and enjoy a short tour to learn every step of a home- based noodle production. Enjoy a taste of Khnom Jeen with curry!
09.45AM Saying goodbye to the local host, then departing for a local market nearby. Enjoy exploring the lively and colourful atmosphere of a traditional Thai market. Learn what the market has to offer and help pick some ingredients for Thai cooking afterwards.
10.30AM Return to the accommodation to learn how to cook Thai food with locals. The cooking lesson will be held indoors and surrounded by the beautiful garden of the hotel.
12.00PM Enjoy authentic Thai lunch in the beautiful setting.Then enjoy at leisure.
14.00PM End of the tour.
